Promotion: Next Level

 

Hi, Welcome back to my blog, and if you are a newcomer, Welcome! Today I want to talk about Promotion. This is a great topic because God desires for everyone to achieve and He loves to bless His children abundantly. Promotion is everywhere, at work, in school, church, sports, clubs, careers and more! We All desire and seek to go higher in our lives. God gives us the abilities to reach greatness, and He also gives us the “thrive” to achieve it. I am thankful to God that He puts us through the fire so that we can come out as diamonds and pure gold. 

In my personal life I have struggled with mental health issues. The start of this struggle was in my early 20s. I was in college at Northeastern University on good merit, then I had a breakdown. Now that I am in my early to mid 30s, God has brought me to a new place mentally. I believe that He is healing my mind. I do have a mental health team, so I am not in this fight alone, but I can say that God has brought me a long way. I say that to all of you because God has no respect of person. Meaning that what He does for one, He can do for All. My hopes are to inspire you, my readers, to live out your God given destiny and purpose. Seek God for purpose through prayer, and He will esteem you. 

The bible says, “Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time”-1 Peter 5:6. This is the Bible, so I believe it is true. I have been humbled in my life and am always seeking to be a servant of the Most High Yah. I always try to find ways to help someone else, not because I am “perfect”, because I have a Love for God and people. I am hungry and I thirst after righteousness, so I try to live a life that exudes Love. I am going to end this blog with some more encouraging words: Do Not Give Up. No matter what you go through I pray that you keep pressing, because God has so much in store for you on the other side of your battle. Bless you and have a great day :-)
